Wholesale Information

We're so happy that you're interested in becoming a stockist and supporter of our business! Please read our terms and policies carefully before contacting us to begin the process of your wholesale order. We would be more than happy to answer anything and everything, and to even provide a signature candle for your own business.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Here's everything in a short list that you need to know before moving forward with your wholesale order:

  • Minimum order is for $250. Reorder minimum is $175. Wholesale starts at 35% off retail price. Reorders receive 40% off.
  • Our turnaround is 7-14 business days depending on shipment of supplies as well as size of the order once payment is received.
  • Please use the contact form below to start your wholesale order, in which we'll reach out shortly after to send you the wholesale order form.
  • All orders must be paid in full before anything is processed and shipped, but we are also willing to discuss payment details such as discounts.

We recommend following the MSRP listed below. Cozy Candles Studio will also run specials throughout the year and during holiday seasons, and we encourage our stockists to help promote us by following suit.

CUSTOM CANDLE ORDER

If you are interested in a custom candle/scent, please let us know via the contact form as well. If you're ordering the custom scent WITH a wholesale order, mention it alongside your order. We would be thrilled to work with you on this. Please note that custom candles/scents may take longer than the turnaround time for a wholesale order of our shop's scents due to it being custom and brand new.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be charged to your account at the time of the order being shipped using the information provided on your wholesale order form. You will receive an invoice at this time reflecting your order and shipping costs. All orders will ship via USPS or UPS, whichever reflects faster shipping with cheaper costs for you. Domestic orders usually arrive 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when the order ships. Please check the box on the wholesale order form if you'd like to pay for expedited shipping.

Cozy Candles Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays.

CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 72 hours of placing the order. Cancellations or changes will incur a 10% restocking fee after 72 hrs of the order being placed. 

Returns are not accepted. Damaged items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it occurred during shipping. If it's a count of 1-3 candles, which we are more than happy to replace. Photo verification is required, and a credit for the cost of damaged goods will be applied to your next reorder.
